Spectrum Virtual Wellness Program!

Spectrum is excited to announce our virtual wellness program for young adults of all identities, ages 18-24!

SEX! Let’s be honest—just because we’re socially distanced, doesn’t mean we’re all abstaining. Whether you're ready for a semester of new experiences or you're keeping your social distance, you deserve to know the ins and outs of healthy sexuality and relationships so you can feel good exploring your identity and navigating life on your terms.

The Spectrum virtual wellness program is an inclusive space to get skills and knowledge to support your sexual health and wellness at the University…and beyond. Spectrum is hosting a one-week virtual experience, September 21st-25th from 4:00pm - 5:30pm where people ages 18-24, from all identities can participate in:

  • daily LGBTQ+-inclusive sex education sessions,
  • get access to free at-home HIV testing,
  • enroll in free mental health counseling,
  • and link with other community resources to support your goals and needs!

Participants will also complete surveys in exchange for incentives and other prizes. Learn more and register for this program and research study here:
