SIROW Press Release!

SIROW’s Dr. Beth Meyerson and Dr. Sally Dodds are directing the Aging Successfully study among Pima County older LGBTQ adults to understand health and wellness outcomes. Findings will inform policy and services addressing this population. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Arizona, Meyerson and Dodds fielded a statewide online survey to assess COVID-19 risk and protective factors as well as mental health during the state’s ‘stay home’ order (April/May 2020). They will present Pima County findings from this COVID-19 study to Southern Arizona Senior Pride volunteers, clients and supporters on October 13th.   See the press release here:COVID Survey Press Release.
