New Publication!!

SIROW's Beth Meyerson, PhD, announces the publication of recent findings from a just-released community-based action research study documenting healthcare provider enacted stigma (medical maltreatment, social stigma and verbal/physical abuse) conducted in partnership with the Maricopa County Drug Users’ Union convened by our partner Sonoran Prevention Works.

The article entitled, "I don't even want to go to the doctor when I get sick now: Healthcare experiences and discrimination reported by people who use drugs, Arizona 2019. " can be seen here.
