SIROW Welcome New Staff!!

Clarissa Savel is one of SIROW's newest employees! As a Health Educator for Spectrum + Programs, Clarissa brings years of experience educating community members on health topics ranging from sustainable food systems, mindfulness through tai chi, chronic disease prevention, and now sexual health and relationship wellness. What Clarissa appreciates most about working with Spectrum+ is how the program reduces stigma and shame around sexual health while also normalizing all body types through interactive learning environments that promote creativity and expression.  Clarissa views such education as a tool for autonomy and is grateful for how her relationship with health education is reciprocal. What she teaches, she learns to embody and nourish within herself. We're fortunate to have health educators at SIROW that see the regenerative value of our work, and we look forward to the profound impact Clarissa will inspire within our communities!!
