SIROW Associate Research Professor on Broadcasted Webinar

Dr. Jill Williams, Associate Research Professor in the Southwest Institute for Research on Women, presented at a webinar hosted by the Migration Policy Centre (European University Institute) on February 23rd. The webinar was focused on the use of information campaigns to dissuade irregular migration and was live streamed on YouTube to researchers and policy makers. Dr. Williams presented findings from the National Science Foundation funded project she is conducting with Dr. Kate Coddington (University at Albany, SUNY) on the development and implementation of public information campaigns by the United States and Australia. The webinar can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1eheA2Gs7Q.
