Dora Bezies-Lopez

Dora Bezies-Lopez joined the SIROW team as a Research Technician in February of 2020. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Spanish with a concentration in translation and interpretation. She has provided interpretation and translation services for La Frontera Center, a local clinic that provides outpatient and residential mental health and substance use treatment for youth and adults. She began her research career in 2018 working with vulnerable populations in Southern Arizona. Her passion has always been bridging the language gap and being an advocate for the people in her community.
