Trinidad Romero

Research Technician

Trinidad Romero joined the SIROW team in August 2024 as research specialist for the Nuevo Camino Project after graduating from Grand Canyon University with a BS in Psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology accompanied with a minor in substance use and addictions counseling. Raised in the City of South Tucson by her mother and grandparents, Trinidad is passionate about Research that enhances the well-being of at-risk women and children in need of support. Her interest in women's studies began during her sophomore year, when she initiated undergraduate capstone research on advance maternal age and child development. 

 

With a future focus on becoming a quantitative data researcher, Trinidad aims to apply data-driven insights to create meaningful change and improve the lives of women and children through evidence-based practices.
