Aimee Myers
Aimee's career journey is a testament to her adaptability and resilience. She received a bachelor’s degree in music business from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004 and worked as a field marketing representative for a national marketing campaign for 10 years. In 2022, Aimee made a significant career shift from Tennessee to Arizona, aiming to work in social services. She earned her Peer Support Specialist Certification from the University of Arizona’s Workforce Development Program in the same year. Since then, Aimee has been a Recovery Technician at an inpatient rehabilitation center and a case manager at a community mental health clinic. She is currently pursuing a master’s in social work at Arizona State University and joined SIROW in 2024 as a Community Engagement Specialist for the Family Pride Initiative.
