SIROW Conference Poster Presentations

Franziska Frank had the opportunity to present two posters at two conferences, the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Southwestern Social Science Association (SSSA), Oct 30th-Nov 2nd, in San Diego, CA, and the 11th Biennial meeting of the Society for the Study of Human Development (SSHD), which took place Oct 11th-13th, 2019 in Portland, OR. The 1st poster is based on further analysis of the Mujer Sana data, "Measuring Trauma Among Near-Homeless, Substance-using Women". It focused on the experience of trauma and stress in women who are near-homeless and misuse substances. The 2nd poster, "Health and Social Well-being in Chronically Homeless Women", is based on the study and MAP-Dashboard white paper “Health and Social Well-Being in Chronically Homeless Women: Tucson and Southern Arizona’s Current Risks and Future Opportunities”.
