About Shannon Fowler, J.D., LL.M.

Shannon Fowler holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Oklahoma State University, a J.D. from Gonzaga University and an LL.M. from
Georgetown University. For the past 9 years, she has worked in various capacities as an attorney in the state of Arizona. Starting in March 2019, she joined the SIROW staff as the Program Coordinator for the Lighthouse Project.
